Complex intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted distance measure

Compared with the complex fuzzy set (CFS) and intuitionistic (IFS), (CIFS) can handle two-dimensional uncertain information simultaneously, thus strengthen capability of capturing useful information. In this paper, we consider situation environment, where importance certain is also taken into consideration. To deal these situations, develop ordered weighted distance (CIFOWD) measure investigate its main properties. We find that CIFOWD provides a parameterized family aggregation measures, which includes, for example, geometric (CIFOWGD) measure, Hamming (CIFOWHD) Euclidean (CIFOWED) as special types. The capable alleviating influence excessively large or small deviations on results via weight vector. Based multiple criteria group decision-making approach presented under CIFSs environment. An illustrative example regarding coronavirus vaccine selection COVID-19 demonstrating effectiveness proposed approach. Finally, are compared obtained from existing methods.
